  • Products: Bread proofing mats, folding proofing boxes, and other baking tools sold by DougVera.

  • Order: Your request to purchase Products through our Site.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are accepted subject to availability.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other listed gateways.

  • Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Products are shipped to the address provided by the Customer at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times may vary depending on location.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or incorrect addresses.

  • Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable laws.

  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless the product was received defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds are processed after inspection and typically completed within 7–10 business days.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Sheridan, Wyoming, USA.
